It all started with a song.
I remember hearing We Shall Be Free by Garth Brooks for the first time on the radio and being awestruck. As each line drifted from the radio, I heard Baha'i theme after theme in the song. As I stood there counting (there are at least 23), I began to wonder if there were more songs out there like this. The answer, I would come to find out, was a very big yes.It's been 20 years since I first heard that song and my collection now has 1,094 songs in it.
On this blog, you will find all kinds of music and writings from the Baha'i Faith that match the overall themes of each song. There are also features on artists that will tell you a little bit about each one, how they fit into the music project and there is also some featured music for each artist.
